Well I recommend mine and Anti's (Happily Never After) because it is our baby and I want to finish the story (it isn't too long) but honestly all of them (Slash's and SDS's) will be fun to write in.

"Fragile Alliance" has been going strong for a while, it is a crazy mercenary RP >.< Oh and I'm making a RP myself, a fantasy RP called "Black Reflections"

For a new rp, I'd be most interested in something that was real world based, but under extraordinary circumstances... such as something where Paranormal stuff was the focus, During/Post Apocalypse, Government Conspiracy/Quarantine/Deadly Virus (And I don't mean zombies. I've heard WWC wasn't so good with them).
Though anyways, I think I might join SDS's rp.

On Kick-Ass: It's definitely worth watching. If you had fun with Zombieland (I know I did), then you'd enjoy the crazy Action-Comedy of it all. Hit-Girl is especially awesome and Nicholas Cage as "Big Daddy" gives off a hilarious pseudo-Christopher Walken vibe with his way of speaking.
Also, making a profile for Fragile Alliance, but having trouble with Backstory (which is where I usually get stuck upon) and what the character should be (should she be a cyborg or merely a human with a few specific enhancements?)

(yea-affirmation as in "yay!" vs. yeah-confirmation as in "yes, that is correct". Think before you post!) I liked Zombie-land. I'll definitely rent it then. For F.A., if you haven't noticed pretty much everyone's back story is a "mystery" so you could just say only he knows about it and then reveal it later like everyone seems to want to do haha.

Yeah, the basic principle of the character is "Human augmented by Cybernetics/Is friggin' Aigis". But if it's OK, I guess I'll go the "Mysterious Backstory" path for now.

So, I write Kane and Lynch: Last Stand, right? That stupid little 3-chapter fanfiction? WELL, GUESS WHAT. This guy on the Kane and Lynch forums called chaoticd runs a small, independent, non-profit game company. I know this is true, I've seen some of his team's stuff. Well, he read the fanfiction, and today I got an e-mail.
chaoticd, to me: hello. i own a small independent game company. i like your writing skills. they have uniqueness to them. interested in being a writer for us? you wont get paid. my company is non-profit so far, but you will be in credits and get more popularity. here are some small questions.
1. how much time do you have a day to write/talk to developers?
2. are you good at filling in small details?
3. would you create a book or script for us if you join?
send your answers to (e-mail address deleted) hope to hear from you soon.

OMG
OMFG
Oh my dear fucking God, this is the best day of my life. I don't even care if I get paid or I have to work my ass off every day, I just got a job in the game industry. I just got signed on as a writer. My name will be in the credits of some game.
I mean, I'm just a 16 year-old fanfiction writer. My fanfiction wasn't even that good, I thought, but now I have just ascended to a higher fucking level and I love my life so much.
Once I have my first assignment, I'll tell my parents. They will be totally stoked to hear this.

Well, that's nice.
I'm sorta involved in a Visual Novel thing over at the Giant in the Playgrounds forums (Order of the Stick site) along with the Anime Thread regulars. I'm more directly there to provide an occasional idea or more directly, something about a character based off of me (or my online image), who's this Doctor Insano-like Scientist whose sidekick is the perky AI of his Mecha.

Well, my stuff is actually rather minor compared to what you guys are doing. I'm barely involved since I have the least knowledge of Physics, Lovecraft and Mecha series of the other members.

*stares disbelievingly at Ben*
Boy needs an education. *prepares self*
Lovecraft is H.P. Lovecraft, a writer and a pioneer of the horror genre. He wrote about otherworldly horrors completely incomprehensible to man, such as Cthulhu, Nyarlahotep, and Yog-Sothoth. Some great stories by him include Herbert West- Reanimator, The Call Of Cthulhu, At The Mountains of Madness, and The Shadow Over Insmouth.
He's an amazing writer. I own a huge collection of all of his stories.
