It bugs me when they take a TV show...Say, Avatar for instance >.>

And decide to make a LIVE action movie of it...even though it's a cartoon.. And it that's not enough......

They decide to have an ALL WHITE cast. Even though the show is CLEARLY asian oriented. It just pisses me off. Like casting an all white cast for an african folk tale or something.

Even the creators have mentioned what cultures influence the nations.

Fire Nation was clearly based on Chinese culture, Air Nation on Tibetan monks, Water Tribe on Inuits, etc.

I didn't expect them to find like the right ethnic classes to represent the characters, but it seems pretty obvious they didn't even try.
