He directed that Coroline movie as well! Man he's been busy. I also have heard that he is going to be doing an alice and wonderland with johnny depp as the mad hatter. Anybody hear anything else about that?

That looks like a pretty good movie, and it gets instant cool points for using "Welcome Home" for the trailer.

I don't think he was involved with Coraline. It's just done with the same style since it was also done in The Nightmare Before Christmas style (which Burton also didn't direct himself, he was a producer).

Anybody hear anything else about that? Henry Selick is directing Coroline, he also directed A Nightmare Before Christmas. Tim Burtion wanted to direct A Nightmare Before Christmas but couldn't do it do to scheduling conflict, but he did write the script and produced the film.
